The Concierge Experience is specifically designed to extend the opportunity for weekly psychological treatment and continuity of care to a patient who otherwise cannot partake in regular weekly sessions. This is a patient who is extremely busy, has a hectic daily schedule with a host of professional/personal/social obligations, engages in frequent out-of-town trips, requires excess privacy from the media/press/tabloids, or prefers house calls or off-site sessions (at high-stress or overwhelming settings where additional support and grounding may be needed). In order to provide the best service to our concierge members this service is limited to 10 patients annually. To learn more about the Concierge Experience and whether you meet selection criteria for this program, please contact us to schedule a Concierge Consultation Session. $1,000
We currently do not accept insurance. Many of our therapy clients wish to avoid having mental health records from their visits. They often choose concierge-style care with self-pay instead of using third party payors. Additionally, all clients will have the opportunity to develop techniques for reducing stress, anxiety, and depression while coping with lifestyle and professional challenges to enjoy emotional sobriety in their relationships and improve their overall quality of life.
Even though we do not currently accept insurance, some Insurance providers will reimburse you for our sessions. If you would like to check with your insurance here's what to ask them:
1) Do I have out-of-network benefits for individual therapy/family therapy/hypnotherapy?
2) If yes, what is my out-of-network deductible?
3) Is this deductible combined with my in-network deductible or is it separate?
4) How much of this deductible has been satisfied so far?
5) What is my co-insurance once my deductible has been satisfied? (This is usually a percentage)
6) What is my out-of-pocket maximum? How much has been met this year?
7) Do I have any kind of special mental health network or require any special authorizations?
8) What is the process for reimbursement and how long do I have to submit claims?
If you have additional questions regarding insurance, let me know and I’ll do my best to help you find the answer! Please call for more information. 813-481-8738
